The piece is composed of a set of three matte frosted plastic forms, each of them hanging from the ceiling of the space where it is located, held by two crane hooks. Each hanging form inflates and deflates to the rhythm of a breath. At the same time, the three pieces are connected to each other by corrugated PVC tubes. The PVC ducts are connected to a central amorphous form that rests on the floor, which also inflates and deflates, and seems to feed the rest. This central form is covered with a tangle of cotton threads that give it a warmer body. The thread bundle is the translation of the daily 10-second records of mouse movement used on the laptop for half a year. These movements were recorded using software and later materialized into this breathing and activating network of thread that sustains the rest of the forms. Each of the forms contains an ultrasonic distance sensor inside, which detects the movement of the plastics, and through Arduino, the sensor signal time is translated into cm. All signals obtained by the sensors, in other words, all the values in cm that the movement of the forms yields, are input into Pure Data software, where they are translated into a sound composition. This is how the movement of the plastic forms alters the values of the composition, overlaying the sounds of moving plastic at different times, by the cadence of the forms' breathing, imperceptible visually, but present audibly in the composition. A kind of machine, or being/s that breathe, producing a sense of estrangement. The stripped-down space is flooded with the movement and sound of plastic which, with its own rhythm, forms a composition. Two transparent inflatable armchairs invite visitors to stay in the room. As a technopoetic practice located between technophilic and technophobic practices, the installation explores industrial materialities, the senses they unfold in relation to them, and their sonority, linked to technical-scientific-technological development and digitality. A space where steel wires, corrugated tubes, mouse movements, and plastics coexist, coming to life with their own circadian rhythm. The space is preserved as a container of possible vestiges of the Anthropocene for the future.

La pieza está compuesta por un conjunto de tres formas de plástico esmerilado mate, cada una de ellas cuelga del techo del espacio en donde está emplazada, sujeta con dos ganchos de grúa. Cada forma colgante se infla y se desinfla al ritmo de una respiración A su vez, las tres piezas están conectadas entre sí mediante tubos de pvc corrugado. Los
conductos de pvc se conectan a una forma amorfa central que se apoya en el piso, que también se infla y desinfla, y pareciera alimentar al resto. Esta forma central está cubierta de una madeja de hilos de algodón que le da un cuerpo más cálido. La madeja de hilo es la traslación de los registros de 10 segundos diarios del movimiento de un mouse utilizado en el portátil durante medio año, estos movimientos fueron registrados mediante un software y posteriormente se materializan en este entramado de hilo que respira y mantiene activas al resto de las formas. Cada una de las formas cuenta en su interior con un sensor ultrasónico de distancia, que detecta el movimiento de los plásticos y, mediante Arduino, se traduce el tiempo de la señal del sensor en cm. Todas las señales obtenidas por los sensores, es decir todos los valores en cm que arroja el movimiento de las formas, es introducido en el software Pure Data, donde son traducidos en una composición sonora, y es así como el movimiento de las formas de plástico altera los valores de la composición. De este modo se superponen en diferentes tiempos los sonidos de plástico en movimiento, por la cadencia de la respiración de las formas, imperceptible visualmente, pero que se hace presente sonoramente en la composición. Una especie de máquina, o ser/es que respiran produciendo un extrañamiento. El espacio despojado se inunda de movimiento y sonido de plástico que, con ritmo propio, conforma una composición. Dos sillones inflables transparentes, invitan a quedarse a quienes visitan la sala. Como una práctica técnopoética que se ubica entre prácticas tecnofílicas y tecnofóbicas, la instalación indaga en torno a materialidades industriales, los sentidos que en relación estos despliegan y su sonoridad, vinculadas al desarrollo técnico-científico-tecnológico y la digitalidad. Un espacio donde habitan hilos de acero, tubos corrugados, movimientos del mouse y plásticos que, con un ritmo circadiano propio, cobran vida. El espacio es conservado como contenedor de vestigios posibles del antropoceno para un futuro.
